CRU London prides itself on not being a brand that is driven by the seasons. Our designs are timeless and are meant to be used from season to season, from Spring to Winter, without being restricted by season trends.
Having said that, we get all excited when one of our designs are hot, trendy and in the spotlight as is the case this Autumn/Winter with our Appleby Bucket bag (see image 2 below). It is attracting some serious attention amongst the fashionistas and style gurus amongst us!
Not only has Carven created a beautiful leather bucket bag which is elegant and stylish (see image 1 below, as featured in Red Magazine this October) other top Fashion Houses which have followed this trend through to production are Yves Saint Laurent, Marc Jacobs and Coach.
Needless to say we believe our Appleby leads the way with its delicious Caramel Tan vegetable tanned leather, with Chocolate Brown detailing including the base, drawstring, handle and detachable strap. The white stitching also accentuates its beautiful curves and as with the entire CRU London collection, the suede lining really makes for luxurious and sensuous touch.
Our suede interior is so luxurious and exceptional, that it makes CRU London’s bag collection good enough to be turned inside out and still look marvellous, something which was in fact tried and tested (see image 3 below) at our recent exhibition at Pure London in August. It even caught our directors by surprise when we saw our visual merchandiser getting extra-creative with one of the Whitby bags. Who knows, perhaps in seasons to come, CRU London’s bags will become truly reversible, with a tweak here and there so that it offers the choice between Full-grain Caramel leather by day and Caramel Suede by night. Not a bad idea!
For the time being, we are proud to offer one of the best, if not THE best bucket bags on the market.
Why not enter our current competition, ending 12th November, and choose our Appleby Bucket bag as your #CRUDreamBag from the collection to stand a chance to put our review to the test?
